Strain Pedigree/Comments: This strain is the result of mixing the best Kentucky outdoor phenotypes (we have always called this killer New Haven Strain) with a cherished Humboldt strain from Petrolia called Headstash that has been grown in Southern Humboldt for over 20 years. We then line-bred this plant for 15 generations using planned back-crosses every third generation always selecting for buzz and taste (we even make hash from males to evaluate nuances), has fruity after taste that explodes. This strain was developed for pain and nausea, but through serendipity we discovered an appetite stimulant par excellence. This strain is not one for the novice smoker as it has a crippling buzz. I have lost entire days R&Ding on this one. Strain is now about 70/30 indica dominant while maintaining good mold and pest resistance and keeping yield in 1-3 lb. range trimmed and bagged. When quality and quantity both count this strain will bring it home! Turns purple if temps are allowed to drop at night and smell increases exponentially. This plant also will grow well indoors!
Finishing time for our latest Indica Pheno is 9-10 weeks.

Flowering time 8-9 weeks.
This Chemo was developed at the U.B.C. decades ago and is still in its unique form. Characteristics such as: two or three branches growing together, woody stalk, smaller three-fingered leaves make it look bonsai-like in appearance. Very strong with a hashy taste. Bred for medical purposes. The longer you can flower it the better -- very dense, round golfball size nugs.
This is the traditional phenotype everyone is accustomed to!

This Chemo was developed at the U.B.C. decades ago and is still in its unique form. This is a new phenotype, with a wider leaf and a slightly different structure found by Motarebel recently, when breeding this strain for us.

63-70 days flowering time

Pheno #2 is a straight up beanpole with little branching,a smaller yield than pheno #1 but a slightly sweeter flavour. Less PH sensative than pheno #1 and slower to veg too. They both have the same strong stone so pick your poison.)

Strain Pedigree/Comments: The K-TRAIN is a newer strain from Woodhorse Seeds, and combines the power and trippy effect of our Arcata based Trainwreck, with a reliable, strong Dutch K2 variant, that our breeder has been working with (and perfected) for over 5 years now. K-2 is a short squat, fruity tasting Indica, and Trainwreck is a short squat fast finishing Sativa, and this hybrid shows the best of both strains. Finished in Mid October outside and at 8 weeks max indoors, this strain has huge, long, super crystal bud...in a very aggressive form. Effect is trippy, and edgy, with just enough pain and nausea relief thrown in...a good compliment for the Trainwreck.

Strain Pedigree/Comments: Another newer hybrid for Woodhorse Seeds, this nearly pure Indica, combines the sweet berry flavor and strong growth traits of our Woodhorse Mountainberry, with the kickass, strong-framed, medicinal attributes of our flagship Woodhorse Herijuana, to produce a wonderful pain and nausea reliever, that finishes in 8-9 weeks.
A favourite of our members, this one is an excellent medicinal and very tasty as well.

Strain Pedigree/Comments: **WARNING; LIMITED AMOUNTS of THESE SEEDS AVAILABLE at THIS TIME!**

A brain thumping, Sativa, soaring high. Comes on strong as a freight train, finishes in the typical ultra-heady Sativa manner! Very medicinal. People become hooked on it like a hard drug. Old school California taste. Dense rock hard nuggets. Next to no leaf .Light green with small calyxes. Thin stem, small buds. Legend has it it was started in the early 80’s by a couple of brothers in San Diego. Mexican X Columbian, with a hint of Afghani.

After 10 or 12 years, somehow a clone was let out, and the madness has started. It has thrived and been mastered in Humboldt County for 12-14 years.

This is unbelievable pot.

Désolé leur catalogue n'est que en anglais. Parcontre leur seeds sont a prix tres abordable! (MMJ)

Woodhorse / medusa est un très bon breeder qui gagne à rester plus ou moins discret pour conserver cette qualité de travail je pense.

Pour avoir longuement échangé avec lui par mail et discuter avec des growers outre atlantique ayant testé ses strains, je plussoie ce topic.

On peut également noter la présence de Motarebel à ses côtés qui fournit également un travail de très haute qualité, ses strains trouvables sur seeddepot ou sannie ont fait leurs preuves, mais le catalogue qu'il met à disposition sur le site de Medusa est introuvable ailleurs, et orienté full Med.

On y trouve également un breeder peu connus CBF (Cedarberry Farms) toujours en Med.

Un collectif à suivre de très très près je pense.

Je recommande vivement ce site !!
