Des que j'ai envie d'une clope ou d'un jazz jme fais un bon gros ballon et du coup au bout d'un moment j'oublie tout simplement mon envie de fumer.

De plus je vaporise à une température d'environ 200° ce qui produit quand même un peu de fumée/vapeur qui a un bon effet placebo.
